ALOI approved companies are dedicated to providing skilled and professional on-site
servicing and are positively encouraged to maintain the highest standards in TRAINING,
EQUIPMENT AND BEST PRACTICES. All
service work, including lock-outs, are backed by guarantees on workmanship and materials
used.
Companies providing a service which
entails opening locks in lock-out situations or making keys to motor vehicles where all
other keys are lost, will, in the interests of public security, request proper
identification or proof of ownership. Should this not be forthcoming, service will be
refused. Your co-operation will be much appreciated in these circumstances.
Guarantee exceptions will occur if any
alteration, removal or reinstallation is made by any persons other than the original
installing company. This will also apply if any undue wear and tear, abuse or act of
vandalism is apparent.
If product failure or faulty workmanship
causes a lock-out, the Company reserves the right to ascertain the cause and carry out
appropriate repairs and to make charges where applicable, having first advised the
customer accordingly. Liability is limited to replacement value only of the product or
equivalent product and in all cases, limited to the guarantee periods.
All service work will be
carried out to the best interpretation of the customers instructions. Any variation
affecting specification or cost, will be advised prior to completion, where possible.
ALOI RECOGNISE THAT SOME
COMPANIES MAY ENHANCE THE ABOVE CHARTER, BUT ONLY IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CUSTOMER.
