ALOI approved companies are dedicated to providing skilled and accurate copies of keys and
are positively encouraged to maintain high standards in TRAINING,EQUIPMENT AND BEST
PRACTICES. All key duplication is
backed by replacement or money back guarantee. Liability is limited to the retail price of
the key.
Exceptions will be, when keys are too
badly worn to guarantee a perfect working copy. The company will bring this to the
attention of the customer and offer them the option to proceed entirely at their own risk,
thus negating any guarantees. This also applies when duplicating keys that have been bent
or broken. The company reserves the right to mark all such keys for identification.
Keys supplied to code numbers will not be
replaced or refunded unless there has been a cutting error on the part of the company.
Certain lock and key systems are
protected by law and replacement or extra keys will not be duplicated without the correct
authorisation. The company is obliged to operate these authorisation procedures to comply
with the law and in the best interests of the public.
