ALOI approved companies are dedicated to providing skilled and accurate workmanship, and
are positively encouraged to maintain high standards in, TRAINING, EQUIPMENT and BEST
WORKING PRACTICES. All security
installations are backed by guaranteed workmanship and materials.
Exceptions will be, if any alteration,
amendment, removal or reinstallation is attempted by any other person other than the
original installing member company. This will also apply if any undue wear and tear, abuse
or act of vandalism is apparent.
If product failure or faulty
workmanship causes a lock-out, the company reserve the right to ascertain the cause and
take appropriate action….Also, to make charges where applicable, having advised the
customer beforehand. Liability is limited to replacement value only of the same or similar
equivalent product and in all cases limited to the guarantee periods.
